The author, Dave Harvey, does a thorough job explaining how one goes about answering the question “Am I called?”
Is the answer to be found in some irrefutable Damascus Road experience? Will Bible college or seminary settle the matter? Is getting into ministry like applying for a job, matching qualifications with the right opportunity? Or does it “just happen,” with everything falling into place like a giant spiritual slot machine?
Harvey clears things up with some practical wisdom on the topic. I recommend it to anyone who has pondered the question themselves.

Yay Kyle! I like SGM. And I was going through the whole process of trying to figure out how God is calling me this summer and then…I quit. Because I’m a slacker. But I’m going to check this book out, because I just started a sentence with the word “but” and my English teachers will someday roll over in their graves over that. But they’re not dead yet. I just did it twice and almost used the wrong “they’re”.
